Had a similar programme on my PC but NetShred for Mac seems really good. Clears the memory automatically on exit ... Amazing the amount of space that simple browsing takes up on your HD. Anyway, recommended.

It was easy to use even for an techno-idiot like me. It does exactly what it says on the tin, it cleans things up and leaves no embarrassing stains. If you know what I mean! I recommend it!
