RiskyProject Lite is an introductory level project risk management software. RiskyProject Lite helps project manager to determine how risks and uncertainties will affect project schedule. RiskyProject Lite allows the manager to create project schedule or import them from other project management software including Microsoft Project and Primavera, create risk list and assign them to activities and resources, perform quantitative risk analysis, and track project performance with risks and uncertainties.

RiskyProject Lite is designed for project managers who do not have experience in statistics and risk analysis. Complex parameters of probabilistic analyses including statistical distributions are hidden from the user.

RiskyProject Lite determines what is most important: project duration, cost, and finish time with and without risks, main crucial tasks and critical risks. With RiskyProject Lite you can manage to course of your project better and increase the chance that project will be on time and within a budget.

RiskyProject Lite implements our patent pending Event Chain Methodology. Project uncertainties can be defined in events (risks), which can cause other events. RiskyProject Lite can analyze how such event chains will affect project schedule.
