Miraplacid Form is for filling out and printing scanned forms or forms in read-only documents. Package includes Miraplacid Form Designer and Miraplacid Form Viewer. Scan a form, load it to Miraplacid Form Designer, add input fields and push a button to open the form in the Miraplacid Form Viewer. Fill the form and print it. You can save form layout and fill the form again later. You can export form to PDF file with editable fields.
