Filecom is a new Company looking to make Bespoke Business Software and Website Design accessable to small businesses that up to now have had to manage with off-the-shelf products which do not quite fit the bill. Our first offering is - Filecom Order System [FOS].
FOS is a Sales and Purchase Order Maintenance System which enables you to create Sales Order Records and print Acknowledgements, Invoices and Delivery Notes, as well as Purchase Orders to your suppliers. FOS keeps a record of all your product details - as well as automatic stock control ecords Filecom Order System has been designed to be easy to use and have as short a learning curve as possible - after all, it's your business that needs your time, not reading a thick book, or wading through loads of help pages, in the hope of finding the part that tells you which link to click so you can print a certain report, fill in a certain form, etc. FOS is designed to print on plain paper - however if you prefer to use your own letterheaded
paper for all or some of the printouts, we can re-program to allow this.Please note that we allow up to 8 hours programming time free of charge for any valid adjustments, however if we
consider more time is needed we will quote you a charge for this in advance.
